Not Connect

Hi,

 My product is sansa clip 2GB.

My system is XP pro sp2 with WMP 11.

when I connect it to pc ,It can;t recognise.It contineuosly connect and disconnect.

I tried, Lock and hold centre button,MSC, MTP and Auto detect mode, Install MTP protocol kit,replace usb cable and port. but no result.

Sanasa updater also can’t find it.

Please help

Have you tried using the format option under Settings to format the device yet?  Try that and then connect the device under MSC mode to see if this will help.
