Have the clip zip with updated firmware and was working fine - just loved it. Then today - the sound just stopped. screen display still working but I get no sound. Just useing internal memory - no SD card. It’s not the headphones - they work fine with other devices. And the plug seems to fit fine. It was playing fine and all of a sudden no sound ! ! !
It’s not PAUSED is it? Top (12 o’clock) button.
If this isn’t it, try a reset.
Hmmmm - paused. Could have been. eyes are bad so I didn’t really notice the bar that shows the song progress. But I did reset and it seems to be working fine now.
