After I download the Sansa Firmware Updater, I don’t get an option from start/progams/Sans/Sans that says Media converter. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I am using Windows Vista
You need to connect the unit to download Media Converter.
But why bother? Video4Fuze is better.
Same situation: the Fuze is connected, Sansa Updater is started, but the only option for download is the user manual … again. Any thoughts on how to get out of this loop, before I try video4fuze?
