Newly purchased never arrived!

I purchased 2 x 64G SD card on Dec 27 from Canadian website and paid the sales tax. On Dec 30, the product was shipped via UPS.
On Dec 31 UPS tracking shows the package is being held at customs due to the missing broker. I called online store support to escalate the issue and it never resolves.
On Jan 6 I called again talked to an agent Jessica M. She assured me she would escalate again to the “concerned team” and give me a call back in 24 hours.
Today Jan 7, I didn’t receive any calls so I called asking to speak to Jessica M and I was told she was busy or not available. I called 4 times and was always told she was not available. The last agent I spoke to told me Jessica M would call me back tomorrow Jan 8, which I don’t believe so.

So basically this company is like a fraud, I paid for the products, they messed up by not assigning the proper customs broker to clear the customs, the products were never delivered. And I was told to just wait, nothing else they would or could do.
I asked for a deadline when this issue would be resolved, and nobody would answer that.

I am contacting my credit card to dispute the transaction because this is clearly a fraud.

Additionally, you may want to consider reporting the issue to consumer protection agencies or filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am in the exact same situation, as well as many others that ordered recently. It seems all of our orders are lost or seized in Mississauga.
