my sansa clip says that the memory is full even though there is nothing on it. how can i make it empty again?
Format the player from the Settings menu. That should delete anything that may be hiding and clear the memory completely.

you can format it using your player under “Settings” and look for “Format” and it will wipe out everything especially the corrupted file.
