I plug in my clip and my computer reads it just fine. I attempt to delete files and it doesnt allow me to delete them. i have put it into that msc mode to try and delete them and then some new file that doesnt regularly show up, shows up and still doesnt allow me to delete the files. I want to just format it and start from factory settings and songs. How can i do this?
On the Clip, simply go to Settings > Format > Yes.
The Clip will format itself, erase all media, and will be ready for new music.
