Need help~ Problems synching

Ok so today I synched my fuse with some new music, then it froze. I held the power button up for 10-15 seconds for it to turn off, then it seemed to work ok. Then I go to play the new songs… The new music doesn’t play, each song is 0:00 and automatically skips to the next one. However, the rest of the music works just fine. So I hook it back up to my laptop, delete the songs and readd them, doesn’t work. Downloaded the firmware upgrade to see if that would help, still doesn’t work. I try reformatting, then added a couple songs just to test it out. It worked, and I thought I fixed it. So I synch my whole library and everything seemed to be working ok. Later on I turn on my fuze, and only about 50~ songs appear, from 3 artists. I don’t know how it happened. I’m going to fool with it later when I get home again… Anyone know anything else I can do?

Also-

I’m running Windows XP Pro and using Media Monkey.

Any help would be appreciated!

So the issue at the moment is that your all of your music isn’t showing up right? Can you tell me if you are using MTP mode or MSC mode?

MSC mode I find is the easiest to use for file management in the Fuze. If you want to sync your music all you need to do is drag and drop files or folder. There’s very little that can go wrong with syncing using MSC mode.

You might want to backup your files, and then reformat, before switching from one USB mode to another.
