Need a little help.

I want to buy a Sandisk M250 but I’m a little worried about purchasing it. I read that I would need Windows XP but I have Vista. Will it still work? Does anyone know what MP3 player is compatible with Vista? Any help would be much appreciated.

It will work fine with Vista. The minimum specs are Windows XP. That just means nothing under that.
