Alright, so I’ve got a Sansa clip with the 1.32 firmware (I think that’s the latest one, but it doesn’t seem to be a firmware option IMO) But a few days ago some black blotchesstarted appearing on my screen. like, not big ones, or gradual ones: spots on the screen that were completely black even though the clip was on and everything worked. a few days later, now, and almost the entire screen is black: I can thankfully only see the battery energy bar in the top left hand corner. I can’t even see menus or anything. it gets a little brighter when I plug it into the computer, but not by much. After turning the backlight to max it’s had no effect. Again, it works just fine, just the screen’s impairing me from actually using it. I can try and GUESS to navigate menus, but that usually ends up fruitlessly. what’s wrong with my Sansa Clip? D:
Sounds like the screen is burning out… I would contact tech support and see about a replacement.
