I REALLY NEED SOME HELP!!!!

MY 4GB SANSA CLIP'S SCREEN IS DARK!!! AT FIRST IT LOOKED A LITTLE FADED AND THEN OVER A COUPLE OF DAYS THE WHOLE THING WAS GONE!! WHAT DO I DO?!?!?! I HAVEN T DAMAGED IT IN ANY WAY I JUST GOT IT AROUND X-MAS TIME ANY ADVICE?

Suggestions:

  1. As others note, turn off your caps lock key and avoid multiple exclamation points (it all signifies yelling, and no one likes getting yelled at).  Also, a descriptive subject heading for a thread is useful (and is mandatory on many boards), to get people to look at your post–otherwise, half of all posts simply would be entitled “Help!”

2.  Try a system reset:  on switch in the uppermost position for 15-20 seconds.

3.  Can you connect your Clip to your computer?  If so, try to manually reapply the firmware (see the sticky thread as the top of the forum).

4.  If all else fails, call/contact SanDisk customer service for a warranty replacement.
