When I press on the volume +(up) on my Sansa clip+ it doesnt click to raise the volume, but when I click the -(down) it does click to lower the volume.
It seems as if + was stuck in there. I know that I have a year warranty and I just bought it last December and I was wondering if I could get it fix?

No, but you can probably get it replaced under the warranty.
