my Sansa is not working

I have a sansa fuze I bought like a month ago. It has been working fine until yesterday. It will not turn on unless it is plugged into my computer. I thought that it just needed charged or it needed updated. On the contrary, I charged it yesterday before I used and after that I only used it for around 30 min. I tried to update it but when I unplug the sansa from the computer to let it refresh, read and upload on it. It doesn’t read it it just shuts down. When I plug it back in my computer tells me that I have updates ready for it.

Can anyone help me?

Yes It will not turn on unless it is plugged into my computer.

ok try holding the switch that turns it on of 15 to 20 Seconds and see find that turns it on.

oh because I had the same problem and that fixed it but it didnt fix it for you.

Call SanDisk support and have it RMA’d and replaced…

I don’t have my proof of purchase will that be a problem.
