I got a mp3 player this week, its not my first, i downloaded some songs and they played with no problem, then after a few hours, only a few songs would play and the whole mp3 would reset, then this morning only a single song would play and then the mp3 would reset. This was only happening to my downloaded mp3 music, radio worked fine and wouldnt reset the device. I found some help online and the official website said to download the 1.12 update onto the mp3 player so I did, but once I did the music wont play at all, it says its paused and once I press the play button it will just flip through all my song till it arrives to the first one that I had saved and not play, Im not good at technology, wondering if anyone could help me with this??
