Installed recently, can’t find WD QUICK VIEW, can’t find it…my PC says its installed?

Is the app showing under the list of apps on the task bar?
Yes, and in my start menu-but when I click on it nothing happens. In the
start menu all other WD apps are in blue except Quick View!

Try uninstalling the app and restart the PC and download the application again from the WD Support site.
