I am using a HP Pavillon Laptop running Windows 10.
Yesterday I purchased a WD Passport Ultra and ran the installation programs.
I have tried to run WD Quick View which I can see in the apps but nothing happens.
I have unistalled it and upgraded to the latest software but it still won’t start.
Here is a screen message I get. Is this relevent?
Does this product run with Windows 10?
