I just installed WD My Passport Ultra on my PC running Windows 10. The back-up function seems to work, but nothing happens when I click the Quick View Button, and the WD button is not available anywhere. Should I uninstall and reinstall?
Correction. The WD button is suddenly available, but still no Quick View button response.
Even when you do a right-click as opposed to a regular left-click? If so I’d re-installing the app and rebooting your system.
