My music is messing up. >w<

Well, I just got the Fuze for my birthday today and I love it, except, when I download anything, it messes up.

It sounds fine on my phone or computer, but on the Fuze it plays the music louder than the singing and sometimes it makes the singer sound like a robot, when clearly, it is not.

Any advice?

By the way, I tried to restart it, I held the power button for about 20 seconds.

The headphone jack is tight when it’s right out of the box. 

Your headphone plug is not going all the way in, so you are getting the difference between two channels instead of both channels.

Twist it as you push it in.
