how can i fix this?? My sansa e250R started to restart by itself when im turning it on. . what ca i do??
All you can do is format and re-load the firmware. If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to buy a new player, It’s history.
There’s a firmware ‘sticky’ post (shaded grey) at the top of the board. You will find the link to the firmware and manual installation instructions there. You can use the Search function to find the Formatting process. Note: This will erase everything you have put on the player (music, photos, video, recordings, etc.) so if you decide to do this, make sure those files are backed-up on your computer, or you have the CD’s to re-rip new ones before ‘taking the plunge’.
