Sorry i did n’t find a forum for reporting c100 series problems. Can anyone help my c150 suddenly stopped playing. When i put it on the language select window comes up but when i press ok to select the language nothing happens and the window freezes such that no button works even the off button.
you might want to contact sandisk and see if a firmware update will fix it
