how can i make the music louder on my sansa during syncing or before so it comes out loudest when playing
These player put out _ plenty _ of volume. By any chance do you live in Europe? There’s a EU-mandated volume restriction for this area. You can work around it by Resetting the Factory Settings and then choosing Rest Of World as your Region.
Now you’ll have the option of High or Normal volume and you can crank it up! 
Im in Canada i doubt we have any volume restrictions
and i have the volume setting set at the default = HIGH
and that is plenty loud enough… usualy i get close to 70/75 % loudness
%100 full loudnes is WAY too loud.
