Mac to PC

I have a Sandisk Cruzer Glide 16GB.

So far, I can enter my data from my Mac onto the flash drive, but am unable to retrieve it onto my PC.

Can someone direct me on the correct procedure? The technical assist line came up Zero, so I am posting here.

If the person who was trained and is paid to provide technical assistance can’t help you, I don’t know know what you expect from a user’s forum.  :confounded:
