I’ve had a 4Gb Fuze V2 for about a year and it’s worked fine, but the wheel has always been a slightly troublesome interface. Recently, I’ve noticed that I can’t pause music and the LED flickers in and out around the top-left quadrant of the wheel. I tried both updating firmware and resetting the factory presets, but it was fairly obvious that this was a physical issue from the start. Any ideas?
If you’e still within the warranty period, get it replaced. You have internal hardware issues. There’s nothing you as a user can do to fix it.
