My Sansa Fuze wheel is broken. It it stuck and won’t budge (won’t turn), so I can’t navigate the menu. This renders it essentially useless. Can this be easily fixed?
The Fuze is only about 7 months old.

Call Tech Support for a possible RMA since it is still under the one year warranty.
