I’ve had it for about half a year now and just a week or two ago the scroll wheel just stopped working and my mom said I should try recharging it. It got it to work, but now it will only work when I press down on both sides of the wheel, and there is a small part of the light around the wheel that doesn’t work unless you press down on it. Most the time it’s in my book bag in the smaller pocket in front and i don’t think i’ve ever spilt anything on it. So can anyone tell me what I could do to fix it? Or shoould I just get a new one?
Sounds like an issue for Tech Support; it might require replacement and they can arrange for that under the warranty.
