Leaving my Clip + plugged in eventuaully leads to it being "locked up"

Leaving my Clip + plugged to a charger eventuaully leads to it being “locked up”. Any ideas? Please refrain from “unplug it”. I have nine that i need to have powered up continuously.

Computer or AC-USB charger?

Plug it back in. When the lights come on, pull it off the charger. it will re-synch and be fine.

Works for me every time.
