Jumbled song titles

I updated my firmware and now all the song titles are all jumbled and unreadable when they are playing.  Is there any way to fix this?

I tried removing all the songs and loading them back on, but I get the same result.

are you referring to the screen on the lcd screen of the player?

Yeah.  The song titles are jumbled up on the LCD of the player.
