Issue with the microsd card ?

Hi,

I’ve just bought  2 fuze 'one for me, one for my sister) and for one of them I’ve a little roblem : when I connect to my computer and put files inside and after I disconnect it,  it refreshes only the player database but forget the card, I have to shut down the player, reinstall the card in the slot and open again the player and only after this the card is included in the refreshing. Is that normal, how can I find a solution to this?

Is this a sandisk brand card?  Other cards have issues.

After you unplug the usb cable it should just refresh database and everything should refresh. 

if it’s a sandisk card, then I’m not sure why it’s doing that…
