I have e260.........Do I need Firmware update?

I am having problem copying .mp3 files.

I am connecting my e260 to Vista. When I copy files and disconnect and see my e260 then I can see each file shows 3 times copied.

Do I need new firmware or what? How can I find what firmware on my sansa?

I don’t know if an update will solve your problem but it is recomended to have the firmware allways up-to-date.
