i recently bought a new 4gb sansa e260 mp3 player, but when i go to put pics or videos on it using my sansa media converter ( not included in box ) i can’t convert them from my computer to the mp3. it will say it is finished but when i check to make sure they went to the proper locations in the mp3 it is not there. i think it may be because i had 1 previous sansa mp3 ( also e260 version ) i have the software still in my computer. would this matter or is it the mp3 that is malfunctioning in some way or could it just be that my software is not up to date with the new version mp3?
