I don't seem to be able to sync playlists

Hi

Using WMP with WIn 7 Ult 64-bit

Clip fimware level v01.02.15p

I am seeing a weird issue .  I can create playlist and drag them on to the sync panel of the clip, I sync  … the individual tracks  are transferred but not the playlist.  The playlist of the in the Sandisk Clip is empty.

Now this is odd as it work once.

I wonder if I am in the wrong USB mode?
