I am using SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Type-C 32GB OTG USB Memory and deleted the files used to connect to my phone. How do I get those files back?
You can use Minitool Data Recovery or similar recovery software.
Tip: If you wanna really recover the data, stop using it (Don’t plug it), set the recovered file destination to other drives
