I deleted some files on my SanDisk Cruzer 4GB Flash Drive on a laptop that I used to have, now I’m using a different laptop and I was wondering if there’s any way I can get the files I deleted back?

Sure. Use a recovery app like PhotoRec, totally free; to download, to use and to recover. Many “free” ones charge for the latter phase.
