I can't update through Sandisk Dashboard

Hi

I can’t update through Sandisk Dashboard I get an error saying a file could not be downloaded. Check that the network is working properly and my network is working perfectly. Does anyone know what’s going on? I’m posting a video of the problem.

I have followed the instructions and the file that needs to be generated does not show what they say, now following other instructions I think I have managed to download one of them but I want to be sure that it is my firewall, the first one can be downloaded, the second one gives access denied, my unit model is WDS500G3X0C-00SJG0.

The two different versions is caused by different types of drives of the same SKU. Use the one recommended by the Dashboard as it knows which FW is for your specific drive.

I’ve already received a response from technical support. They told me to wait, as there’s a technical issue they’re investigating. I’ve deleted the links since they’re not part of my SSD’s firewall, and this way, I can prevent anyone from making the mistake of using them to update from there.

It seems like that the support has fixed the issue they’re on their end and everything is working now.

This has been driving me crazy as well, and I’m experiencing the same thing. I have deleted and reinstalled several times, and now it won’t even install. I rolled back to DashboardSetup_V_3.7.2.5 for now.
