Can´t update driver using Sandisk dashboard

I tried updating Windows 11 today, and it said it couldn´t due to an old driver for my WD_Black SSD harddisk. So I found out I had to download the Sandisk Dashboard just to update my driver, as it couldn´t be updated using device manager in windows, that just said, the best driver was already installed. But when i try to use Sandisk dashboard it fails to update my driver every time. And I can´t even run the S.M.A.R.T scan, that fails too.

So I created a Dashboard report, looking for the Fluf file or whatever, but there is no such thing in my report. So I can´t use that solution.

Then what do I do?

This is very frustrating.

UPDATE:

It is the firmware I can´t update. Version 731130WD.
Sorry for the confusion.

Is there an easier way to get this firmware update?

@Emil_Trankjaer Drivers and Firmware are not the same. The SanDisk Dashboard can only update the firmware of the drive if there’s a firmware version available. Drivers are provided by the Windows OS.

Thanks a lot for your info. The Sandisk Dashboard says there is firmwareupdate, called 731100WD. That is the one I try to get, and it fails.

@Emil_Trankjaer Contact Support to get the fluff to manually update the firmware.
