I can not sync

I use Napster for my music. I need to sync my Fuze to renew my subscription and the computer recognizes the Fuze but will not re sync. What am I doing wrong? It used to.

Is your player in MTP mode? Don’t rely on the Auto-Defect setting.

I am having this problem as well, and switching to MTP mode did not help- did you ever get this resolved? Any advice?
