Whenever I purchase a song from either Amazon or Napster and synch it there is a problem. It will try to go through each of my 200 songs and say “already on device will skip”. This takes a long time & is annoying. Any suggestions?

Don’t sync. Just drag & drop or copy & paste the downloaded file from your computer to your player.
