Hi @Chadha88 can you tell more details of the issue that you are facing.

What problem are you encountering? For example, is the USB drive not showing up on your computer, or is the read/write speed too slow?
If the USB drive is not showing up correctly on your computer, first make sure that the physical connection is good. Use another USB or SATA cable, and then connect the USB drive to a different port on your computer. Then, open Disk Management (right-click on the Start button and select ‘Disk Management’ from the context menu) to check how the drive appears there. If the drive is missing a letter, right-click and assign a new drive letter, such as D: or E:.
If it still does not appear in the File Explorer, try other methods, such as using a disk repair software to fix the issue, updating/reinstalling the USB drivers, or enabling the USB drive in the BIOS setup.
