Help!!!

Ok, so when i was turning my sansa fuze on, the music was working fine, but the screen was white…any suggestions?? i take awesome care of it!!! can i exchange it? help!!!

Try formatting the player using your computer while the player is on MSC mode.

MSC mode:

  1. Turn off the player

  2. Lock the player

  3. Press and hold left button while plugging in

  4. Go to “my computer”

  5. Right click drive for your Fuze, format the drive

After that, update the Firmware of the player. 

If these will not work…return it to the place of purchase or better yet call 1-866-SANDISK…(1-866-7263475)

DONT FORMAT USING WINDOWS!!! That is an absolute last resort. Just hook up in msc mode (Ignoring step 5 in the above post) and just reinstall the Firmware. This usually fixes it!
