when i load pics on my fuze then i disconnect it and i make sure there on it, they dont show they say something like "unsupported file’. how can i get my pics on there?
You can try Sansa Media Converter if drag and drop does not work.
What format are the photos? If you’re going to put them on manually, convert them frist yourself using an image-editing softweare program like Photoshop, Gimp, Paint Shop Pro or the like.
Reduce the size (remember the Fuze’s screen is teeny-tiny) and save them as a plain .jpg or .bmp file. NO .gif’s or any progressive, modified or obscure formats.
