I have bought a 2gb Express sansa. I can add music easily by drag and drog. I read alot of threads on this forums but nothing has helped. btw I have a windows series 9 player ( i think ) and am not very techy. Thanks so much!!!

The minimum requirements are Windows Media Player 10 or 11. These versions have the drivers to connect your player in MTP mode. Once you have installed the correct version of Windows Media Player you will need to transfer your music over again.
After that, follow the instructions in the “How To” videos to create playlists.
just put the songs u want in “windows media player” and then click -file- save playlist as,tht’s it…
first off you dont nececrealy need wmp 10 or better. im currently using 9 xp and it works fine and ive tried to get 10 and 11 and it wont install but anyway. go to the group of files in explorer ( go to my computer then sansa express internal memory) and select the files. right click and click “Create Playlist”. name the playlist and you can rearrange the order by double clicking the playlist by pressing the buttons at the bottom of the box and click ok.
