Has anyone gotten a wireless ear bud to work with Clip Sport Plus Player?

I opened a case with Sandisk when I could not pair my Tribit Flybuds 3 (model BTH92). I would see the MAC address but could not connect. They provided following response “Please allow me to inform you that the Clip Sport player utilizes an older Bluetooth chipset version 2.1+ EDR. As such the player may or may not be compatible with Bluetooth version 4.1 and above. The Bluetooth version is non upgradeable”

Has anyone successfully paired wireless ear buds ? If so please provide model number . Thanks in advance

You should try the forum for the clip sport, they might be able to help you out. This is the forum for the clip and clip+. Neither of which have Bluetooth capability.
