green screen on my clip zip

My new Clip Zip has a bright green blank screen and no button I push changes this. I’ve powered off, and re-powered in MSC mode, but it’s the same. Is there anything I can do short of returning the device?

You can try updating/re-applying the firmware manually, but I don’t hold out much hope. If it’s brand-new, i would return it. You paid for a new, working device. You didn’t get what you paid for. One shouldn’t have to “fix” a new unit.
