The screen on my 4 GB CZ (purchased last Christmas) just went blank. Any suggestions on why/how to fix? Thanks in advance
I assume you already tried a reset?

Sounds like it’s RMA time. 
Longshot: try reapplying the latest firmware, in case it’s a software glitch.
