G-Drive 12TB Sandisk Pro with data not detected in Windows 10.

I purchased two 12TB Sandisk professional external G-drives 10 months ago. Stored a lot of info in both the drives. Now both drives are not getting detected in Windows 10. Windows disk management is indicating the disks as Unknown/Not initialized. Need help in getting drives recognized to get back the data.
