Hi I have a new drive that won’t show up on a Win 11 Home edition laptop. Tried connecting with both cables with no luck.

If your new drive isn’t showing up even after trying different cables, make sure to check Disk Management to see if it’s detected but unallocated. Also, try using a different USB port or another computer to rule out port issues. Since it’s a SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE Armor ATD, you’ll get more targeted help by posting in the Western Digital Community as SBrown suggested.
