When I was trying to play another song on my fuze it wouldn’t play and then I tried playing a video and it went black and now it won’t turn off. I don’t know what to do.
Slide the power switch to the spring-loaded ON position, and hold it in this position for 10 seconds. This will reset the device.
It should start up normally. If there’s a particular file that causes the Fuze to freeze, the file may be corrupted.
