I accidentally unplugged my fuze durring a download, now it is frozen with a white screen. Nothing happens when I try to shut it down and it is not recognized when i plug into my computer. HELP!!!
Have you tried resetting it? Slide the spring-loaded power button up and hold it there for a good 20 seconds or so. Release and then slide it up momentarily to turn it on. With any luck, it will start up normally.
I have a Fuse 4gig that froze on an unrecognized format MP3 Video. I solved by pushing forward the HOLD slide button while pressing the power button. It went off instantly.
