Just loaded up my 8Gb Fuze and was listening to first track and its its hung /frozen/ ceased to be… PC doesnt recognise it, no lights or sign of power,switch on or off makes no difference…any ideas?
Try doing a hard reset by holding the power switch up for about 10 seconds. That should shut it off no matter what, then you can try to turn it back on.
