Fuze is frozen on the main screen (4 color petals). It won’t turn off. I have tried putting it on hold and holding down the center button. Nothing happens. It will not recognize the unit when plugged in.
Perform a reset. Slide the spring-loaded power switch up and hold it in the uppermost position for 15 - 30 seconds. That will shut it down and reset it at the same time. It should now start up normally. 
Same as tapeworm, I had that problem, I just slid it up and held it for a while and it turned off. Best Luck!!!
