My Sansa Express MP3 Player isnt recgnized by my computer I just got the thing today and it came with no software but the company stated that it doesnt need the software it stated that MP3 player will be recognized by Windows Media Player instantly does anybody know how to fix this and now the display screen says connected and its not connected to anything I use a desktop to transfer and listen to music do I have to use a labtop.
First, ensure that you are using Windows Media Player version 11. This will automatically load the correct USB drivers.
Then use Sansa Updater to ensure that you are running Sansa software version 1.01.12A.
Then, your PC (any PC) should recognize the Express.
